Tips & Tweaks for your Cookies

For the perfectly shaped cookie

Once you have your 15 spoons of cookie dough spooned out on your baking tray, take each heap in your hand and roll softly into a ball between the palms of your hands. Lightly flatten between your palms to give a smooth biscuit shape. Bake as usual.


For gooey, chewy, sweeter cookies

Add a tablespoon of Golden Syrup to your egg and butter mix and stir well before adding the contents of your bake it easy jar. Bake as usual.


For softer, moister, melt in your mouth cookies 

Add an extra 15g of butter to the recipe and cook for a minute or two less in the oven depending on how soft you like 'em :)


For a mouth watering Desert

Crumble some of your warm cookies over cold ice cream :)  Nothing beats this as comfort food!!!


For gooey, chewy, sweeter, softer, melt in your mouth cookies

Add a tablespoon of golden syrup to your mix as in step 1 and cook for 1-2 minutes less as in step 2 :) The results are goosebumply good!
