Bake it Easy is a family business based in Kerry, Ireland. Our cookie mixes started as a simple idea to make good quality, delicious home baking easy and convenient but most of all fun. I have a passion for everything homemade and believe that home baking is something we should enjoy more often but also a skill to be shared with our children. The mixes are a way to bake fun and delicious treats all ready to eat in a short time. The layered ingredients in the jars lets you see exactly what you are using in your baking, all you have to do is add one egg and a little butter from your fridge.
These cookie mixes truly are made with love as each one is carefully created by hand in Co. Kerry.
